Getting healthy

Well, I guess it's time... I really need to get healthy and lose some of this weight. I have been stuck at 170 pounds for like 5 years. My youngest daughter just turned 6, and I haven't lost any weight since she was born. I am wearing a size 16 jeans. I have saggy Grandma arms. I have asthma and I just feel tired all the time.

I don't like feeling like a big fat cow. My mental feelings about myself have gotten so much brighter in the past year, and now it's time to make my outside match my inside so that everyone ELSE can see how good I feel about ME!
Here is what I need to do (to start)
  • Drink more water - I don't drink nearly enough
  • Ab exercises - need to strengthen my core
  • Tricep exercises - goodbye Grandma arms
  • Walk - I live in town, I really have no excuses and camp is even nicer
  • Yoga - even if I just start with Sun Salutations in the mornings to get my blood flowing
  • Eat - yeah, I know that sounds funny, but I don't eat, so I believe my metabolism is running at a snail's pace because it is in starvation mode
I started this new blog to help keep me on track, I figured everyone on MySpace doesn't want to hear how much I walked... every day LOL
